Pup Genius — Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Pup Genius account and associated data at any time.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

Open Pup Genius and make sure you're signed in.
Go to Settings.
Under the account section, tap Delete Account.
Confirm (you may be asked to verify your password or sign-in provider).

Your account and data are removed immediately and this cannot be undone.

Prefer to request it by email?

If you can't access the app, email us at dreamcircuitlabs@gmail.com from the address on your account (or include your account email) with the subject "Delete my account." We'll process the request and confirm once it's complete, typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials.
Your profile, dog profiles, and photos.
Training progress, health & care logs, XP, levels, and badges.
Your synced app data stored in our systems.

Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, transaction records). Anonymous, aggregated data that cannot identify you may also be retained.
